To use two (or more) screens you must enable the option in Remote Desktop with the following:
1. Open Remote Desktop Connection
2. Click the down arrow beside Show Options
3. Click the Display tab (2nd tab)
4. Click the checkbox "Use all my monitors for the remote session"
5. (Optional) To save this setting click back on the General tab and click "Save As" and choose a location to save this connection (i.e. Desktop) or if a Remote Desktop Connection has already been saved then click on "Save"
